    Twice in 2 visits through drive in I have had missed items. I was silly enough to not check the 2nd time around and only noticed when I got home. Called the store to speak with manager and no answer after 3 attempts. Not good enough!!

    Third time I've had my order wrong. Why go through the confirmation process if it's the wrong thing when I get home? I've always thought of those people who held up drive through ques to check their food as paranoid. With Mt Ommaney's KFC, I get it now. Couldn't get through on the phone this time around either. Really compounds the frustration.

    Only one of the staff members look like they know what they are doing. The rest look like slow zombies. Always wait over 10 mins for a meal, not exactly fast food.

    Worst KFC EVER!! The chicken was so small and dry and had a terrible taste. Had to wait 25 minutes for a street wise feast. Do yourself a favour and go to HJs next door
